All website materials are available for reading purposes. For private use, copies may be made on paper (printed). This applies only to individuals. A company is, therefore, not allowed to make any printouts of the website materials, nor make reproductions for its employees.
It is permitted to create a link to www.matchoffice.sg on an external website as long as it has its own URL address. This does not apply to systematic or professional use. This requires written permission from MatchOffice.
According to Copyright Law, it is permitted to quote directly from the homepage. When citing, the corresponding source must be specified.
Quotes up to 250 characters are allowed as long as they are provided with a link to the original article/s on matchoffice.sg, even if it is for a foreign work. This does not apply to systematic or professional use.
As part of operating the marketplace, images and other listing information from active listings may be made available to selected partners ("Data Partners") under written agreement with MatchOffice, solely to support marketing of and referral to the relevant premises, always with clear attribution back to MatchOffice.
This permission excludes:
Data Partners are contractually required to remove images from their own systems within 30 days of a listing being closed or deactivated on MatchOffice.
A current list of MatchOffice's Data Partners is available on request by emailing info@matchoffice.com.
Any other use (license/purchase of the rights) requires permission from MatchOffice.
MatchOffice cannot be held responsible for the correctness, completeness and relevance of the contents and information provided on external websites. Linked websites are subject to the liability of the respective website operators.
The infringement of copyright may lead to damage claims on the part of MatchOffice.
